All Delivery’s/Requests, Pick Ups/Call off’s, Maintenance/Repairs and training on each piece of equipment we supply will be handled by the AmericanHorse Management team dedicated to your project. Your AmericanHorse Management Team will establish a dedicated Point-of-Contact to respond to your needs and questions. Quality Control Program: Government facilities have stringent inspection criteria to accept a piece of equipment on the facility. The major commercial equipment rental companies are not accustomed to these stringent requirements. AmericanHorse experience in providing equipment to Government facilities has prepared our program managers to ensure that the equipment will meet the facility requirements and significantly increase the success of meeting inspection requirements on the first pass. National Sourcing Team: AmericanHorse utilizes a National Sourcing Team to locate a wide variety of specialized equipment that is not normally carried by the Retail Rental Equipment Companies. Equipment Delivery: AmericanHorse offers delivery and pickup of equipment, attachments, accessories and support materials. All equipment is in new or like-new operating condition, and all functions and capabilities are fully operational. All AmericanHorse equipment undergoes a thorough documented inspection process before entering any Government facility or project. Equipment is fueled and accompanied by the proper documents needed for safe use and operation of the specific model of equipment. Maintenance Capabilities: AmericanHorse offers the most experienced service departments and supplies them with the best possible resources and support. Our service includes Service Maintenance trucks on-call 24/7. Each truck is equipped to put our service technicians in direct contact with the manufacturers support office and your local rental office. This provides immediate resources to diagnose and resolve problems, thereby minimizing downtime. The AmericanHorse staff is trained to deliver a rapid response for service needs during and after business hours. All maintenance services are completed in accordance with the manufacturers recommended service specifications every 300 hours of operation or every 3 months. Preventative Maintenance (PM), Annual Inspections and all interim inspections are scheduled and tracked in our computer database. Preventive Maintenance is typically performed at the work site and is coordinated to meet the customer’s schedule. Operational Training: AmericanHorse supplies certified personnel to provide instruction and training on the operation and preventive maintenance of the equipment. Safety training such as Aerial Work Platform Safety and Forklift Safety is available.
