CenturyLink, the company that bought Qwest earlier this year, has launched a new Small Business Community Representative program in five cities around the country. Portland is one of those cities and CenturyLink has hired Jon Turino, formerly executive director of the Alliance of Portland Neighborhood Business Associations (and now called VenturePortand), to be that person here in Portland.
